Care House Tsuzunosato
This care home was planned on a site that is filled with prefectural housing and condominiums. The first floor houses various services, space for community interaction, a dining room, etc., while the upper floors house the rooms, each with a capacity of 60 people (10 people per unit x 6 units), arranged in a staggered pattern to ensure movement and privacy for each unit. Although the site is naturally rich in greenery, by planting greenery on the roof in line with the greenery on the site, the entire building and site have been transformed into a promenade, making this a facility that takes into consideration the surrounding environment.
